CARICHAM promotes regional integration and works to remove the barriers to regional trade and improve regional transport.

Front of package labeling

We have worked closely with regional partners and manufacturer associations to advocated for a common-sense approach to front of packaging labels that will both promote healthy lifestyles and support regional manufacturers and distributers in the food and beverage sectors.

Regional air transport

We have promoted the development of improved regional transport links and we facilitated a recent CARICHAM Regional Growth Series on air transport, featuring an address from the Honourable Prime Minister of St. Lucia.

Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership

CARICHAM has been working alongside the CARICOM Office of Trade Negotiations to ensure that the regions private-sector interests are represented during the discussions to extend the United States Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership.
