This fifth episode of the CARICHAM Regional Growth Series will focus on the OHADAC Regional Arbitration Centre (CARO Centre), to be launched soon in Guadeloupe. This Centre will offer arbitration and mediation services (ADR methods) at the scale of the Caribbean Region. The CARO Centre’s goal is to untap the potential of ADR as a tool to enhance trade within the Caribbean region, and also promote sustainable growth.
